Nathan Leishman is the President of Pinnacle Real Estate Group.
Academics: he received his Accounting degree from Utah State University in Logan, Utah, after which he obtained his real estate license and sold real estate at Coldwell Banker for a number of years. After which he earned his MBA from the University of Texas with an emphasis in Finance. Nate completed his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He also earned a certificate in Urban Planning as well as received the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Experience: Nate has spent 14 years under the mentorship of Dell Loy Hansen at Wasatch Commercial. He has deep transactional experience with every asset class with the finest professionals across the country. Nate has large scale commercial development experience in all asset classes across the western United States from site acquisition all the way through stabilization. Nate has contributed to the successful development of a multi billion dollar real estate portfolio.
Bruce Leishman has been in real estate since 1977. Bruce is an Associate Broker, G.R.I. and a Certified Residential Specialist with Coldwell Banker Gold Key Realty Inc. in Logan, Utah. Bruce has also been awarded Realtor of the Year by the Logan board of Realtors, where he also served as the President and in other positions from 1982 - 1985. He served as the State Director with Utah association of Realtors from 1986 - 1988. In April of 2004 Bruce was presented with the distinguished honor as a member of the International Presidents Premier, which is only presented to the TOP ONE percent of sales associates globally within the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation. More than anything all these awards translate into many happy clients. That is why we say our past performances speak for themselves. Bruce Leishman has personally developed land, large scale multifamily, retail and commercial projects. He has vast experience with all aspects of real estate development. Bruce has a wide network of key contacts. Bruce has navigated multiple market cycles, and understands what it takes to pin point key assets.
Kelvin was born and raised on a dairy farm and has a lifelong appreciation, fascination, and passion for land and its highest and best uses in the past, present, and future. Kelvin earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. He understands the value and balance of proper land planning, preservation and development in Utah and the western United States. Over the past decade, he has gained valuable professional experience as a consultant for and facilitator of complex land projects for himself and his clients.
Jackson is currently pursuing a degree in Finance while obtaining a minor in Real Estate at The Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. With deep family roots in residential real estate and commercial land development, he is seeking to carry on the legacy and bring perspectives and service into the growing market. The honest and upfront business style demonstrated and taught within his family legacy, will provide a positive and uplifting experience for those that work with him. Additionally, Jackson is committed to creating honest business relationships based on integrity, hard work, and careful attention to detail.
