Nathan Leishman received his Accounting degree from Utah State University, in Logan, after which he obtained his real estate license and sold real estate at Coldwell Banker for a number of years. After which he earned his MBA from the University of Texas with an emphasis in Finance. Nate completed his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He also earned a certificate in Urban Planning as well as received the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Nate spent 14 years under the mentorship of Dell Loy Hansen at Wasatch Commercial. He has deep transactional experience with every asset class. He was the principal broker of Wasatch Commercial and dual broker for Wasatch Property Management. Nate has completed well over 1,500 commercial transactions.
