Nathan Leishman is the Principal Broker of Pinnacle Real Estate Brokerage, he received his Accounting degree from Utah State University in Logan, Utah, after which he obtained his real estate license and sold real estate at Coldwell Banker for a number of years. After which he earned his MBA from the University of Texas with an emphasis in Finance. Nate completed his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He also earned a certificate in Urban Planning as well as received the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Nate has spent 14 years under the mentorship of Dell Loy Hansen at Wasatch Commercial. He has deep transactional experience with every asset class with the finest professionals across the country. The sheer transaction volume, magnitude of project size, and sophistication of each commercial deal will provide clients with a piece of mind that their requirements will be meet.
Kelvin was born and raised on a dairy farm and has a lifelong appreciation, fascination, and passion for land and its highest and best uses in the past, present, and future. Kelvin earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. He understands the value and balance of proper land planning, preservation and development in Utah and the western United States. Over the past decade, he has gained valuable professional experience as a consultant for and facilitator of complex land projects for himself and his clients.
Bracken earned his Business Management Degree from Utah Valley University where he also competed on the wrestling team. Being involved in the sport of wrestling throughout his life has taught him important characteristics such as discipline, commitment and hard work. These attributes have served him time and time again throughout his career.
With experience in commercial real estate, Bracken has helped many commercial clients navigate the process of leasing and or purchasing commercial property. He spent multiple years representing healthcare professionals with their real estate needs.
Bracken also has a background in commercial construction. Specifically construction estimating and preconstruction services, giving him an understanding of the costs associated with commercial construction and development.
Kallie brings a variety of talents to the Pinnacle Group. She received her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics Education from Utah State University and continued on to teach high school math. She changed directions after having kids and pursued education in professional photography, where her love of people helped her meet and interact with many families. As her husband (Kelvin Judd) became involved in real estate and development over the years, she was the photographer for many properties and fell in love with land and seeing families find their dream homes. She went on to get her real estate license and enjoys continuous learning and excelling in everything she does, and is sure to bring a friendly face and professional attitude in the work she provides.
Sarah is currently working on a bachelor’s degree at Utah State University in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning with minors in Ornamental Horticulture and Music. Sarah has experience working in land development, construction, and maintenance. From her schooling and work, she has gained an appreciation for how land is used and transformed. In her spare time she enjoys spending time in the outdoors, playing musical instruments, and caring for animals. When it comes to caring for clients, Sarah has you covered.
Leasa Socci has lived in and around the Park City area for over 25 years. She has successfully purchased, renovated, and sold many properties over the past 20 years. Leasa co-founded CrossLand Title in 2007 and is happy to say they are still thriving today. The title company has given her valuable experience she can pass on to her clients. Leasa has two adult children that grew up in Park City, enjoying the best schools and the many mountain activities that Park City offers. Leasa has been fortunate to be evolved with Nuzzles and Co. for over 15 years, fostering and helping make sure her furry friends have homes too!
