Pinnacle Real Estate Development has a number of commercial projects currently under development. There are a variety of commercial projects available in the western united states from multi family, retail, industrial, flex, and land development. We offer short term investments, as well as long term hold projects.  There are partnership and joint venture opportunities as well as traditional capital placement through a variety of equity and debt instruments. 

The Altitude Project will comprises of approximately 750 multi-family units comprising of apartments and townhomes  packed with all of the amenities and features you would expect with a class A project.

The Hillcrest Project will consist of approximately 192 multi-family units in an A location in Idaho Falls. 

The Latitude 41 project is a mixed use urban project located on Main Street in Logan. The project contains 110 multi-family units, and a double drive thru retail building.
